9.0Siamo andati per l'ultima sfilata del carnevale e nonostante arrivati molto tardi Daniel ci ha accolto con molta disponibilibilità e gentilezza. Appartamento pulito e comodo dotato di tutto il necessario (compresi prodotti per le pulizie) per un soggiorno piacevole e senza pensieri. Camere da letto grandi. Letti comodi. Bagno grande con doccia completo di tutto.Posizione della casa vicinissima al lungomare.

10.0Appartamento molto pulito con diverse comodità (es. lavatrice, lavastoviglie, macchina del caffè) situato a 100 metri dal mare e dalla bellissima passeggiata di Viareggio piena di negozi. Nelle vicinanze si trovano anche parecchi ristoranti e diversi supermercati. Nota di merito per Daniel sempre gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi nostra esigenza e/o consiglio.
− Se dovessi trovare una nota stonata segnalo ad eventuali famiglie con bambini piccoli che l’appartamento è situato su due livelli, con la presenza di due rampe di scale .

10.0Perfect place for a relaxing stay. Close to the beach and the main promenade. Restaurants and shops nearby, along with everything you might need. The apartment is very well-kept, comfortable, and well-equipped. The owner lives next door and is extremely helpful with anything you may need. Highly recommended!
