일본에 대한 안 좋은 기억을 추가하였습니다
1.0별로였어요. 직원들이랑 소통도 안되고 매우 불친절했습니다. 핵비추.. 문의할 일이 있어서 메신저 여러 차례 보내고 부킹닷컴 통해서 문의도 했는데 아무런 피드백도 받지 못했어요... 일본여행 여러 차례 다니면서 좋은 추억들 많이 쌓았는데 안 좋은 기억이 추가되어서 씁쓸하네요.

− BBQセットがあるとの記載があったが、事前予約が必要と言われ使えなかった点。じゃらんメインでやっていると言われたが内情はこちらにはわからないため困った。
