Too complicated checkin process , worst service ever
1.0They gave us a wrong code for the key drop box and wasn’t reachable we struggled almost 3 hours to open the key and they never helped us , after 3 hours of struggle in mid night we were unable to open the key box and had to leave to search for another property to spend the night, worst complicated checkin process ever seen.
− Worst service , too hard to find the key box, code shared was wrong they send us a message of code 4417 after 3 hours of struggle we left the place and she send right code which was too late for us as we already left the property, parking was far far away than the actual property which made us struggle even more to find the property once we reached the property we realized that the key box is another km away from the property and the box was not openable with the code shared.. worst service ever, shall not recommend to anyone.

6.0Easy to walk to the city to access restaurants and museum. We did not have a car but were able to walk to the Flix bus station. Owners promptly respond. The couch is very comfortable to sleep on as the bed is very hard.
− The washing machine didn't spin the clothes, no back up toilet paper, junk/ rubbish left in a cupboard. Lots of odd crockery and glasses.

9.0The apartment is spacious and well equipped, within walking distance (10 min) from the city centre. Good communication and responsiveness from the host. Parking space behind the building, accessible from another street (see image attached). If you are not a solo traveler, would advise to leave the passenger with the luggages waiting near the lockbox until parking the car as it's much easier than walking with them around the building, same when leaving.
− The apartment door could use better soundproofing. For some reason the water wasn't hot enough if showering right after someone else.

9.0The view was amazing and the soundproofing made it so that we've enjoyed our privacy and felt comfortable inside.
− The lack of staff and the inability to contact anyone if I indeed had a question or the instructions were unclear.
