Overall very nice, we’d stay here again if we were in the area
9.0Game room and hot tub were great. Beds were comfortable, and the house was nice and stocked with all the basic things we’d need (soap, shampoo, laundry soap, paper towels, etc).
− Seating for meals was odd. There is space for 4 to sit on stools at the bar, there is space for maybe 3 at the outside bar, and in place of a dining room table inside there’s a very low and uncomfortable Japanese-style table with floor seats. We didn’t really eat meals except breakfast in the house so it worked ok for us, but if you were trying to seat 5+ people there’s no way to put them together. Pool was listed as a “heated pool” but it’s just solar-heated. That’s probably fine in spring or fall but the water was still very very cold in late December. The owner is adding a heat pump so hopefully sometime in 2025 it will be usable all 4 seasons.
