7.0Great location, plenty of little extras eg snacks and a microwave
− Bed wasnt very comfortable, a little lumpy and bathroom was along the landing
Clean and comfortable, good location.
6.0Clean and comfortable, great location for the tube station. Facilities good but had an issue with wifi and TV, which did get sorted in the end but as I was only saying one night they weren't a lot of use.
− No check-in details given, so I assumed that someone would be there to let me in. Nobody there I rang the phone number supplied, no reply, left a message and tried ringing 3 more times but the phone was off, tried the main office number, no good either. I was understandingly getting worried and started looking for accommodation close by but nothing available or far too costly and my phone battery was dying! A person parked outside offered to give me a lift to Northolt to look for accommodation there and I'd just got in her car when I got a call on my mobile (after I'd sent messages through booking.com - this site) and then finally got sorted. It's a shame that this occurred and put me through so much stress or I would have given a much better rating.

− The bed was uncomfortable we had to wait to get a pin code to get in no real person to talk to, breakfast was cereal in your room i paid 86 pound for bed and breakfast for my 83 year old mother she was not impressed
Clean, convienient, free parking and near tube
6.0Stayed quite often, clean, convienient free parking and near tube. Breakfast supplied but has been pared dow to a pot of instant porrage instead of a selection of croisants and porrage,
− Since last stay they have introduced a policy that they wont give you entry details until you send a photo of your id, Not a problem if I have been asked for this when I booked or before I started driving to the accomodation. After a long day at work the last thing I needed was to arrive at property to be asked for this. Luckily I phoned up asking for the entry details whilst I was en route. Was met with a curt reply, if you don't want to send ID you can phone booking ,com and cancel. I was not suggesting I wouldnt give id, I was suggesting they give reasonable notice. Anyway I got the details eventually, but could have done without the hassle.
