A lovely small apartment

Very nice holiday apartment on the first floor of a building that is housing roundabout 5 apartments. It is pretty small but somehow works very well, with a nice functional kitchen corner that is equipped much better than what we were used to from holiday apartments. The eating table is flanked by two small windows to the east providing morning sun and a nice view over adjacent corn fields. The bathroom and bedroom both have small windows with built in mosquito nets which is a definitely a big plus in a rural area like Dunsum. The nearby shared playground and barbecue area are a nice addition and offer a great sunset view over the beautiful flat landscape bordering to the east of the estate. Shortest route to the dike is 10 minutes walking distance or 2 minutes by bike. The nearest beach in Utersum is a 6 minute bike ride. All in all a great holiday experience.

− - We sometimes wished there would be a retractable clothehorse or something for drying wet towels and bathwear. - The included laundry service is only for the apartment's own towels and bedlinen (no biggie but a bit misleading) - Last point is entirely subjective: We prefer to sleep on firm mattresses and the ones here were extremely soft.
