8.0Great design. Huge kitchen. Beautiful views across the water. Very convenient within walking distance to most things in Mandurah. Good value.
− NBN is connected to the apartment, but no Wi-Fi is available for use. There is only one TV in the main living area, but with no internet connection you cannot use any personal streaming services to cast to the TV. The main bedroom upstairs has all the wall connections for a TV but doesn't have one. The main bedroom is huge, but only has a queen size bed, which looks tiny in the room. A king size bed would suit the room better. The living room and master bedroom have a bit of a funky smell. Suspect it being from the rugs. They are quite badly stained and need a good clean.
