Unclean, unresponsive - HUGE disappointment. Would not recommend.
1.0I can't actually put anything in this box. Nothing was to like.
− We were extremely disappointed with this property. It was booked for work purposes, with the intention of using it regularly due to ongoing projects in Stoke. Unfortunately, after this experience, we will not be returning and have already made alternative arrangements. Our team had several complaints about the condition of the property. Surfaces were greasy and had food waste left behind, there was no bedding on the beds (it was later discovered crumpled on the floor of a cupboard), mould was present in the shower, and random items of clothing had been left around the house. If this had been a family stay, it would have been completely unacceptable—frankly, it was bad enough for our team to deal with. The night before arrival, we received a call informing us we needed to bring our own towels. While this alone wasn’t a major issue, it added to the overall sense of poor preparation and neglect. We reached out privately to the property to raise these concerns and offer an opportunity to respond before leaving this review. Unfortunately, we received no reply and were met with complete indifference which has given us no choice but to leave this review.

− Area of the property felt very unsafe and filthy with overflowing bins. There was so much bad smell of damp ,only 2rills of toilet paper. No napkins or towels. It was hot and none of the windows could be opened they didn’t even put fans.

− No bath mat in the bathroom. And the rug in the living needs a wash it look dirty.
