− Bei Diesen Wohnung stimmt nix wie auf dem Bildern oder Beschrieben ist auch alles es war viels kaputt der wairpool noch extra zahlen ob wohl es dabei ist in der beschreibung Backoffen KAputt rolläden kaputt kochen ging auch nicht heitung am lecken und wurde nicht warm das ist eine reinste ruine und dafür so viel geld verlangen für müll Fingerweg lassen werde ein fall und eine Beschwerde einreichen

I feel very disappointed as my son lives in Pulheim and I would have used the apartment again.

− When I arrived in Pulheim I called the owner. I was told I needed to speak German he did not speak English. He got very angry and put phone down. I panicked that I had paid for a bogus apartment. He called 30 minutes later and gave me a number to call as someone spoke English. He told me how to enter property and sent pin. The pin did not work into apartment he had to come and change the pin to the one he sent. There were no towels. I called the number and nobody answered. My son then called from his German mobile and the man answered and my son spoke in German the man said no towels. This was a problem as we had flown from England. If my son did not live around the corner (the reason for choosing apartment) and given me 5 towels I would have had to buy these. The kitchen was the most empty one I had ever stayed in. There were 4 knives forks etc. 4 plates 4 glasses. There were five of us and I sent a message. On the last day I opened a cupboard and someone had been in to add one of each. The oven did not work! The smoke alarm in the hall was not on the ceiling it was on the windowsill in the lounge in bits without battery (I took a photo). Surely this is illegal. I feel that if the apartment should only be rented to German speakers it should not be on booking.com.

Komplett frisch renoviert, grundsätzlich alles ok Fotos der Unterkunft sind korrekt

− Unterkunft zeigt in der Titel Beschreibung Köln. Und auch Tourismus Attraktionen von Köln. Liegt in Pulheim, ein 13km weit entfernter kleiner Vorort von Köln centrum. Pulheim ist korrekt beschrieben, wirkt aber in der Kombination mit Köln irreführend.
