− The padio full of weed chairs were rusty and possum dropping every where

basic and ok but not really enjoyable
6.0Not a lot, although the lication wasn’t too bad.
− The stairs - we NOT informed there were stairs. Their location is also very dangerous from the top floor. the lounge & dining chairs are not comfortable. The owners should NOT leave their own personal stuff at the property to clutter it up. The overgrown backyard needs clearing/trimming.
