There is a need for improvements to ensure a higher standard of safety.
7.0I was satisfied with both the food and the room service provided.
− The vehicle provided was a HiAce van. The driver placed a large amount of luggage on the front row of the three passenger rows. The stack of luggage was so high that it blocked the driver’s rear view, and it also posed a risk of falling onto passengers seated in the rows behind. I believe this operation was unsafe. Luggage should not be placed on passenger seats, and it should never be stacked higher than seat level. In the event of sudden braking or an emergency, such as an accident, the luggage could fall and seriously injure passengers. I requested the colour, model, and registration number of the pickup vehicle; however, I was only provided with the driver’s mobile number. I hope the hotel management will take note of this review and make the necessary improvements to ensure a higher standard of safety and customer satisfaction.
