Great place, but silly process for collection and return of keys

− Hi Guys It was a bit silly, I thought collecting keys from the other side of Caloundra. Most of the privately owned places I've stayed at the Ramada you just collect from t b e keyboard outside the room itself. Also I collected from a corner ship on a public holiday then when I had to return the keys there wasn't instruction on where to return the keys to. I thought there might be a code to put the keys in the locknut for the cleaner but all I had to go by was the name on the keys, and they were also closed on the day of return so I just put them in the pigion hole. I read through the stay instructions many times and then found the place on the keyring as my best bet. I couldn't confirm that because they were closed on the day of return. So I was hoping I wasn't giving away your keys to the wrong place. Also, the place heavily smelt like mould when I opened the door, and I've noticed a few of the rooms at the ramada smell like this. I think it is in the aircon as I could see some black mould around the vents. Lots of places at the Ramada have this, so I would be pushing for them to properly clean these. It didn’t worry me too much, but people with poor chest health will eventually start getting upset. I spent most of my time on the verandah when I arrived because of the smell.
Amenities could do with help at this stay. Will take my own next time.

− Shower and bath didn’t have hot water. Slightly warm at best. Had to boil kettle a few times to have a hot bath. One roll of toilet paper and no spares
