Overall, the house was good for our group to have a place to stay during our meetings.

The property was easy to find and big enough for our party.

− The property didn't have wash cloths nor enough silverware/dishes for the amount of people we had in our party.

The host was very kind and way to work with. Bedrooms were large. Lots of parking. Only 22 minutes from downtown ATL.

− The TV in the main room was seriously a 24”. This was NOT what was in the pictures. I assume the larger one broke and was the ones saw in the garage. The garage smelled like an ashtray (not the rest of the house, but came in if that door was opened. Neighborhood was sketchy. DV situation next door. Neighbors had cameras that announced they were recording you when you stepped in front yard. House was not in good condition at all. It was clean but not kept up. Everything was old, outdated and needed maintenance. Stove don’t work (but we don’t need it). Mattresses were all memory foam and extremely firm. Bedding was old.

It is in a great location for both Downtown ATL and the airport.

− Mould and mildew- the house wreaks. It smelled musty as soon as we arrived. The host said it’s because they hired a new cleaning company. In our opinion that’s impossible as not a single thing in this property was clean. Makeup and unknown stains all over the bedsheets and pillows on the beds. We had to go to our first night and buy bedding. The place was humid and insufferable. There is damp in the ceilings. 2 members of our party had to leave as they became extremely ill because the mould in the house exacerbated their pre-existing health issues. The host kept trying to keep us quiet with little fixes here and there - dropping fans outside the property (but with no equipment to put them together), sent a “cleaner” the day after we arrived who did a shoddy job, we’d already cleaned the place from top to bottom ourselves the night before because there was no way we could stay there otherwise. If we’d had the money to book an entirely new accommodation we wouldn’t have stayed even one night. The property is abysmal. We asked for a refund from the host so we could book elsewhere, he asked for evidence of all our claims stringing us along saying he’d give us a refund at the end if we stayed. But of course after the check out date he refused. He said he had “experts” come to the property to check our claims of uncleanliness and mould within an hour of us leaving (lol sure) and said they concluded there was none despite us having pictures and videos and people actually being physically ill. DO NOT STAY HERE. The photos and reviews are lies. I hope Booking.com remove this listing and ban the host from using this platform again until the property is renovated and updated. Wish we could add more images to show you the truth!!

− Is wasn’t clean and a lot of damage to the property, dirty linen, bag of food left in the drawer in the kitchen, cabinet had chunks missing out of it, tv was filthy, no remote control to the tvs and some didn’t even have a power cord.
