Newly remodeled, clean
9.0Clean. All amenities we needed. Close drive to the Ark encounter
− The stairs are treaterous. I fell at the last day even being careful. I don't have trouble walking. They are noisy too. I would not recommend for elderly or people having trouble walking. Closet door in bunk bed room is off hinge. Light over sink is blinking.
Disgusting we were stuck and cold the time we stayed there!!.
1.0Nothing we were in adelapotated house it was filthy the walls the steps the furniture.. The bathrooms the faucets in the tubs were taking off the heat did not work and it was 25 degrees... The beds were smelly of bleach the trash in the kitchen was not even removed prior to us .. The curtains in the window barely fit the windows.. The washer and dryer had leaking issues and the dryer never got hot.. And if that's not enough the tv in the bedrooms did not work they were not hooked up the the router/box whatever
− Read above plus the tub had holes in the whole tub.. You could not regulate the water it was either ice child or scalding hot.. The dishwasher smelled of mold and the dishes were put away wet and dirty still... And we still had to pay for this luxury accommodations!!

10.0It was very convenient to everywhere we were going. Lots of supplies where most places barely leave you anything. Although we didn't need much but nice to have if you do.
− That you didn't have TV's in all bedrooms. I was able to work through that using my laptop.
Uncomfortable for 2 out of 4 people
7.0Location. Clean
− We were 4 people over 70. There was no way we could use bunk bed room. Pictures deceptive and on floor. Downstairs the couch that turned into a bed was hard as a rock. Also no mention of stairs to get in first floor. And that walk in shower was 8 steps down. So not a great fit for us.
