The room.was clean and fresh.

− Was in the room until11:10 and heard the door open. No one knocked. It was the cleaning staff saying its pass check out time. She could have knocked.

It's super well located and has free access to the beach

− The problem was that people were coming in from outside and the hotel didn't feel safe; my wife was approached on 2 occasions.

Great location with easy access to local amenities on the Ocho Rios strip. Walking distance to Dunn's River, right on the white sand beach, with an onsite restaurant and store.

− Disliked: First impression wasn't great — security didn't have our reservation on file, so we had to wait around 20 minutes for the host to turn up. Once inside, there was no complimentary water in the room, which is a real miss in a hot country, especially after a long journey. The headboard was loose and shook the bed whenever you sat down, and the cushion had a smell that needed cleaning. Miniature toiletries would also be a welcome touch for short-stay guests.

Ottima posizione, appartamento carino.

− Hanno cancellato la prenotazione dopo l’arrivo senza motivo. Il gestore della struttura, quando mi ha visto, l’ho fatto chiamare io. Mi ha detto con aria di sufficienza, non sapeva chi io fossi. Il numero di telefono che aveva lasciato su booking non era quello giusto. Alla fine nessun grosso problema oggettivo, solo tensioni inutili e supponenza che poteva evitare. Il sand castle offre tanti appartamenti, questo lo eviterei.
