Good location, comfy bed. Would I stay again? No.

We stayed in room 1 for our stay. The room is large and the bed very comfortable. There was an endless supply of hot water (although the shower takes some work to get to a suitable temp) and the air con also heated which was good as we were staying in winter. The owners were very helpful about things to see and responded quickly when we arrived to wet towels. The check in process was easy. The hotel is in a great location super close to King’s Cross station, lots of places to eat and a laundromat. It was also only a 30 min walk to circular quays.

− Not the property’s fault but there is building work going on directly next door which started up at 8am on the dot every day. Worth bearing in mind if you want to sleep passed 8! The room is also incredibly light - there are blinds at the window but they don’t stop much light. They’re also absolutely filthy. We had rain while staying and the ceiling leaked by the single bed through the light fitting. The bathroom window also leaked and soaked everything on the top around the sink. When we told the owner the following day he wasn’t surprised at all or apologetic so it’s obviously an ongoing issue.

방과 침구는 깨끗하고 욕실에서 뜨거운물도 잘 나왔습니다. 직원분도 너무 친절하고 유쾌하셨어요. 그런데 방에서 살짝 곰팡이 냄새가 났습니다. 제가 기관지가 안좋아서 곰팡이에 민감한 편이라 그렇게 느꼈을수도 있어요. 하지만 킹스크로스 역과 가까운 입지가 너무 좋았어요.
