9.0Helpful and communicative staff, fantastic location, big and spacious rooms. The apartment was generally clean, wi-fi was fast, and all appliances worked. Overall, great value for money, especially in Venice.
− Check-out at 10h00 is too early. The apartment is in a dated building, so noise can be heard throughout the day.

9.0Location close enough to the main sites without being overly crowded. Spacious bedrooms and clean facilities.
− The main sitting area didn’t have windows or AC so could get warm in the area. Also maybe a different set up would allow for more sitting space. Overall didn’t spend too much time in the apartment outside of evenings.

9.0Smagu, kad galima įsikurti su grupe draugų. Kambariuose yra kondicionieriai - labai pravertė tvankiomis naktimis. Dienomis beveik nebuvome bute, bet kai būdavome, buvo patogu pasigaminti pietus: yra didelės keptuvės, gal tik puodai buvo mažoki. Draugiški ir paslaugūs šeimininkai. Viskas puiku, nors turbūt nevertėtų rinktis šio buto, jei turite judėjimo negalią ar sveikatos problemų, nes butas yra trečiame aukšte ir name nėra lifto (bet šeimininkai apie tai informuoja).
