1.0− Tried contacting the host multiple times thru booking.com as well as through Booking.com customer service. No response. Finally received a text stating there was a plumbing problem and they had to cancel my reservation. No proactive communication whatsoever.

10.0Great house! Very well equipped, kitchen with pots and pans, stove, etc. Fully fenced large yard with a great hot tub. I highly recommend it and I will be back
