Terrible experience. And I am still waiting for my refund 2 months later!

− Worst host ever. Tried to call them 1,000 times. Never had the courtesy to call me back. Never had the courtesy to let me know they were not able to accommodate me even if I already paid

− The the owners told us to cancel the booking despite them no longer being available the day before the cancellation request expired. So of course I didn’t see it in time, thinking "I’ve booked it, I’ve paid, it’s all gone through, great" then once I saw their message on booking.com telling me to cancel it, which I then did I received no answer. My request for a refund was ignored despite it being their fault my trip couldn’t take place.
Perfect for a short stay.
