10.0From the moment we arrived, everything was special. The hotel’s location is perfect, the room is spacious, beautifully maintained and offered a stunning sea view. The hotel itself is modern and has a nice atmosphere, peaceful and cozy, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. What truly sets this hotel apart is its owner, Mrs. Cynthia. A very classy, gracious and welcoming lady whose kindness and genuine hospitality make this place exceptionally special. She takes the time to personally speak with her guests, ensuring they are comfortable and have everything they need. She thoughtfully recommended places for us to visit based on our interests and went above and beyond to make us feel less like guests and more like family. Her warmth, attentiveness, and sincere care create a level of hospitality that is both rare and unforgettable. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional and very helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. It is uncommon to find a hotel where you feel so welcomed, valued and well looked after. From the beautiful rooms, authentic homemade-style breakfast and relaxing atmosphere to the exceptional owner and staff, every aspect of our stay was outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, exceptional service, authentic hospitality and an excellent location in Jbeil. We left with wonderful memories and are already looking forward to our next visit. A special thanks to Mrs. Cynthia for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely be returning the next time we visit Jbeil.

Amazing view, amazing staff!
10.0The view was stunning and made me want to stay in the room all day. The bed was highly comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Walking distance to the city centre is 10 minutes - crossing the highway on foot was a lot easier than expected thanks to the nearby bridge.

10.0The location was fantastic, making it incredibly convenient to reach nearby shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly and supportive, genuinely making us feel welcome rather than like passing strangers. The owners went above and beyond to make everything seamless for us, even guiding us to some of the most beautiful spots to visit in Lebanon. Additionally, the hotel was spotless, and having the option of room-service breakfast was a wonderful touch. It was truly an unforgettable stay that offered incredible value for money!
