Maybe racist, not clean, hate the family count, BUT we booked an 8-person place we are 7

− Arrived and didn’t get in time she didn’t like us from the first glance. And said you are going to wait for 30-45 minutes cause we will get the property ready, even though I called and mentioned the exact time I’ll be there, she was mad that she wasn’t the one answered the call even though I called around 3 times that day. And she said It loudly you talked to someone else not me!!!. Then wait. Property wasn’t cleaned well, dish washer was filled in dirty dishes. Sink had 2-3 dishes not clean in it. Towels were put first day and never got them changed the entire stay. The receptionist was a bit mad about how many person we were, even though we were exactly the same count as we booked. She mentioned and showed how she hated that we were 7 even though the place we rented is for 8 people. She was so bothered to give us the Flachau discount code and was so bothered to give each a paper to fill the form and said ur a LOT!! One back paper is enough for you.
