9.0Die Lage. Es war sehr ruhig. Die Freundlichkeit der Vermieterinnen war sehr angenehm. Die Kaffeemaschine wurde unkompliziert sofort ersetzt.
− Fast kein WC-Papier, keine Handseife. Die Kaffeemaschine hat nicht funktioniert.

7.0The room was comfortable. It was in a good location close to the lift. I appreciated having a small kitchen to be able to cook. The staff were responsive to requests.
− There was not good communication about where to pick up the key. No one informed me about the rental agency, I just had the address of the apartment, so I was roaming all over trying to find it with heavy luggage. I also wished they supplied bathroom soap or informed me beforehand so I could have been prepared.
