− Shower didnt work properly, coffeemachine also broken, bathroom door couldnt be locked. There were 3 chairs even tho we booked for 4 pers.

8.0Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Unmittelbare Nähe zu Hauptbahnhof, U-Bahn, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war super. Die Nachricht mit dem Code über Booking kam nicht an, aber ein kurzes Telefonat später und wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Wohnung wurde nur zum Schlafen genutzt, dafür ist sie völlig ausreichend! Das Bett war sehr bequem!
− Die Küchenzeile hat unten eine Abschlussleiste, diese geht über den Kühlschrank hinweg. Leider hatte man immer das Gefühl, man würde diese abreißen, wenn man den Kühlschrank öffnet. Die Dusche müsste unbedingt erneuert werden. Die Dichtung im Duschschlauch ist quasi nicht mehr vorhanden, wodurch das Wasser in einige Richtungen spritzte. Es wäre zudem toll, wenn man die Vorhänge durch Verdunklungsvorhänge austauschen würde. Es würde das schlafen erleichtern. Die Schlafcouch ist ehr unbequem, aber man kann sich damit arrangieren.

Prima verblijf dat ideaal is als uitvalsbasis in en rond het centrum van Duisburg.
8.0Tijdens ons verblijf in Duisburg gebruikte we dit appartement vooral als uitvalsbasis om de stad en de omgeving te verkennen. De kamer bleek daar uitstekend voor geschikt: netjes, ruim genoeg en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt voor een kort verblijf. Al met al een prima plek om te overnachten wanneer je vooral veel op pad bent in en rond het centrum van Duisburg.
− Wat wel opviel, is dat de kamer nauwelijks te verduisteren is. Met de zomer in aantocht en de vroege zonsopkomst kan dat onhandig zijn als je graag wat langer wilt doorslapen. Voor lichte slapers is dit zeker iets om rekening mee te houden. Een ander minpunt dat niet aan het appartement zelf ligt, maar aan de omgeving: in de parkeergarage bij de ingangen hangen junks rond, waardoor het er vies oogt en je je minder prettig voelt—zeker wanneer je met kinderen reist.
