− We couldn’t open the gate to the creek with the key we were given - need a new one. Kitchen was fine but sharp knives would be handy

9.0Location excellent, furniture comfy, parking good, spacious apartment, great view, very close to creek for paddle boarding., swimming etc, and direct on boardwalk for cycling/walking etc
− Short on Crockery ( breakfast bowls, side plates, sandwich plates), toaster temperature control doesn’t work, little pantry space to store food Master bedroom quite cramped , one set of keys only, no key for deadlock or security screen door,

7.0− The main bedroom walk in robe was locked with the owner's personal things inside. There was a massive desk with drawers that we used to store our clothes. When you are paying top dollar for a nice apartment, I would expect at least a cupboard to place my clothes in for a week's stay.
