9.0דירה מפנקת וחדשה, מאובזרת במיטב הציוד, נוף מדהים מהדירה, מהמרפסות ומהמתחם התחתון. ומיקום מצוין גם לאזור צומרקה וגם לכפר עצמו. היינו משפחה בת 6 נפשות והסתדרנו מצוין
− שימו לב שאין מזגן, יש מאווררים, לנו זה הספיק, אבל למי שחייב מזגן זה עלול להיות קצת בעייתי
