Really not happy and demand a refund ! Not worth the expenses you pay and not reliable,and the cleaners don’t do their j
1.0Nothing,there were burnt holes into the sofas,stains all over the carpets and the floors,the smell that greeted me as I arrived into the room was terrible,there was dirty underwear left on the floor,and yellow stains on the carpets at the top of the steps!😡🤢the locks on the windows was snapped off and left open before I entered the property and was freezing cold the whole time I was there !the beds weren’t even made in the bedrooms either!
− Staff cancelled on me on the same day and told me I couldn’t stay in the property I was originally supposed to stay in and had paid a lot of money for,the staff then advised me to cancel that property on my account so they could book a different one for me to stay in which is the one that I was greeted to by all of these horrible sights,They then proceeded to kicking me out because of “noise complaints”
