− The securities were rude and not really helpful There were missing things on the room such as towels,bin and toilet paper The care taker should update the guests about the OTP earlier before the check in time.

− We were unable to check in at the Facility as were didn't have an access code to the Entrance gate. The owners never communicated even after several calls, WhatsApp messages and sms when we arrived. We were left stranded after the booking was made and the funds transfered via Booking.com. I'm still struggling to get a refund for the accommodation booking.
