I have mixed feelings about this stay, won't stay here again.
7.0It was a quiet neighborhood. The host left a few items for us to snack on. The Host was friendly and left lots of instructions.
− The beds were not as comfortable as I had hoped. The twin mattress was just foam and there was a piece of foam on top of the king mattress. They were ok but not deluxe. The bathroom had a very small sink vanity with not much counter space. The tub/shower was not good. Half the water went down the drain instead of into the shower head. The first shower it was hard to find that sweet spot between too hot and not hot enough. The next day the shower was more cold than hot even with the knob turned all the way. I must have used up all the hot water the day before.

10.0Steph's place is indeed sweet. When we walked in, it felt like coming home. She is right next door to your private 2-bedroom unit in her duplex. Furniture and beds are super comfortable; full kitchen, washer-dryer. Located on a dead-end street in a super quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to lots of amenities in South Eugene area: Amazon trail, Market of Choice, eateries, Long's Meat Market. There is an excellent dog park nearby. Stephanie was welcoming to us and our dog, Phoebe. She was always available during our stay, but never intrusive.

10.0There were no keys to the property, it was a keypad entry. The property sat at the end of the street, it was quiet, quaint, perfect place to rest, and a great location to everything. There is a backyard for the fur babies and a trail to walk every morning. Stephanie was a fantastic host. She is very personable and cared how you were doing. I will definitely stay here again.

Convenient home away from home.
8.0Location was great - close to everything. The use of an access code made coming and going so easy. While the home is older, it was very clean, quiet and convenient, everything a traveler is looking for.
