Extractive, soulless, faulty.. good location
2.0Location
− This property is a textbook example of the soulless, corporate extraction ruining the Barcelona rental market. We paid a premium rate but were handed an apartment with a broken boiler that was already displaying an error code upon arrival. As a result, we had zero hot water for the entire weekend, forcing my pregnant partner to take freezing cold showers every day. The issue was not resolved and compensation was not remotely entertained. The apartment itself is completely impersonal, decorated with cheap AI art, and operated by a management company. Expect to be taken advantage of at every turn with unlisted tourist taxes and punitive late check-in fees. It is a fundamentally exploitative operation. Avoid completely.
Molto piacevole
8.0
Heel aangenaam en authentiek.
8.0De ligging en de ruime kamers
− De airco hangt in de huiskamer, dus de slaapkamer blijft warm. De badkamer is op warme dagen als een sauna.
