− Unica coisa é que achei alto o custo das minhas 2 Chihuaus de 400 reais cada por dia, acabou saindo caro. Mas é algo que o hotel avisa previamente. De resto foi tudo impecavel!

7.0acredito que enquanto conceito, o NÖR Hotel & SPA tem tudo para dar certo. isolado (mas não muito) do centro, com uma boa estrutura física e disposição dos facilidades. chales tem ótimo conceito. Café da manhã maravilhoso.
− como conceito, o NÖR Hotel & SPA é maravilhoso: na realidade faltam algumas coisas. o SPA ainda é meio funcional e num "Puxadinho". a "lareira" dos quartos é ecologica, dura pouco tempo e não esquenta o suficiente. alguns dos aparelhos nos quartos não funcionavam (secador de toalhas). a equipe do restaurante precisa de treinamento (serviram 2x espumantes quentes que precisaram de mais de uma hora em salmoura)

− Atraso no horário do checkin. Chegamos as 15:00, horário informado, e liberaram o quarto 45min depois. Não concederam a devida compensação com um late checkout.
