1.0− Despite the fact that I had reserved and confirmed the property a month in advance, the host cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice because the place was being renovated.

6.0The air conditioner! Plenty of room - big apartment, good selection of tea and coffee.
− The upstairs neighbours partied literally all night. Shower head needs to be fixed. Our bed had a plastic lining under the sheet which was uncomfortable.

9.0I really enjoyed my stay overall. The house was beautiful, well-located, and very spacious. The living areas were cozy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The host was also very responsive and helpful, which made the experience even better.
− What could be improved? The only downside for me was the shower situation. With three bedrooms, I expected there to be more than one shower, which made things a bit inconvenient at times. Also, I was hoping there would be a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom for added privacy and comfort.

10.0Fabulous air conditioned home away from home. Clean, comfortable with 5 star amenities. Variety of tea, Robert Timms coffee, chocolates, biscuits. Fiji water, comfortable beds and linen. Great service from Lani & Tima. Loved that there is a rescue dog buddy who we fed. We will be back! Thanks Vanessa!

10.0Loved every moment of the place, it’s was like staying at home. The place was just so beautiful with all the stuff provided in the kitchen and laundry. Friendly staff and the location was amazing and peaceful place.
