La ubicación es muy buena, el departamento es espacioso, para acceder hay una escalera bastante pronunciada.

Generally, the apartment had everything listed in the facilities. It was the cheapest option available for our stay in Eindhoven, although still quite expensive. The neighborhood is nice, with shops nearby and easy walking access to downtown.

− First, the building itself does not appear well maintained or clean: there are cables sticking out along the stairs, and light was not working properly, which makes going up and down the steep Dutch-style stairs unsafe at times, especially with heavy luggage. Second, the flat is not as well equipped as one might expect. While there are tea and coffee supplies, cups, a coffee machine, and a kettle, basic items like spoons or stirring sticks were missing. Third, the cleanliness was below expectations: dust on shelves, dirty walls, and the toilet was not properly cleaned. The renovation is old and poorly maintained, with broken sockets and one air conditioner that did not work. There were also electrical issues: whenever the fridge, air conditioner, and kettle were running at the same time, we could hear clicking or buzzing sounds from the wiring, which was concerning and suggests the electrical system may not be safe or properly maintained. The bathroom was particularly disappointing: the bathtub drain did not work and could not be adjusted, and the drain was heavily covered with green rust. The kettle was unusable — very cheap, with a heavily rusted heating element, and rust flakes floated in the water when boiled, raising hygiene and safety concerns. To sum up: we are not very demanding travelers, just backpackers, and only stayed for a couple of nights, so it was manageable. However, for the price, we would expect a more careful approach to the property and its services, as people come here to rest and live - it is not a barn:)

Mieszkanie o duzej powierzchni. Oddzielna sypialnia dla rodzicow i oddzielny pokoj dla corki.

− Bardzo zaniedbane, brudne. Ekspres do kawy bardzo dawno nie czyszczony. Powierzchnie niedokladnie przetarte. Czulo sie, ze jest brudno, nieschludnie. Brak wczesniejszej instrukcji nt. kluczy do obiektu.

Appartamento accogliente, pulito, ottimo per passare un weekend o più giorni. Vicino alla fermata del bus per arrivare in centro. Ha anche dei supermercati vicini. Io e il mio gruppo ci siamo trovati molto bene.
