− The wasn’t made on my arrival. It took them to get it done 4 hours after my arrival. The whole apartment was so cold. Bed was not comfortable, there were 4 very flat pillows. Not comfortable to use. The TV that was brought the next day didn’t have the proper remote control.

− Everything..the dirtiest place I have ever stayed on my life...all cooking utensil dirty,washing machine took a week to fix,not told it was pay meter so no gas..weeds over knees in so called garden.. slugs all in the apartment,clumps of hair on carpet..mould on all walls..I could go on and on..should never be rented out

− Both the property and the hosts were pathetic. The hosts don't bother even if there is a life risk to the guests inside the property. No one was responding to our multiple requests when we were struggling inside the property with multiple types of life threatening insects. Even booking.com customer care was also pathetic and they also did not help even after informing that we have a kid with us.
