8.0− Preis/Leistung Abendessen hat nicht gestimmt. Pool ist eher eine grosse Badewanne. Rasenteppich um den Pool und auf der Zimmerterrasse geht gpr ein Schlosshotel gar nicht.

10.0This is the fourth time I have stayed here and it is one of my favourite hotels in France. Gerard and Nadege welcomed me warmly and were equally happy to converse in French or English. My room was quite beautifully decorated and well appointed and I had a lovely little private balcony/terrace. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and I slept very well. I was very lucky in that on the evening I stayed there was a special tasting menu with matching wines from a producer in Faugeres who was there to conduct a tutored tasting. The breakfast here is one of the best I have had in France with a wide selection available. The Chateau de Siran is a haven of quiet, comfort, luxury and good food and is well worth the cost of staying there. I cannot recommend it too highly.
