O apartamento é muito bonito, bem arrumado e dá para perceber que foi preparado com muito carinho. Apreciamos muito esse tipo de cuidado — os bons pensamentos realmente aparecem nos detalhes. A localização também é excelente: conseguimos fazer tudo a pé e explorar facilmente as áreas mais movimentadas da cidade, o que foi um grande ponto positivo.

− A única observação que gostaríamos de deixar é sobre a área de entrada do prédio. Por ser um edifício antigo, notámos algum desgaste e falta de manutenção na fachada e áreas comuns com elementos quebrados ou muito antigos. Isso contrasta com o cuidado exemplar que os proprietários tiveram dentro do apartamento. Não afetou a estadia, mas achamos que uma pequena atenção à entrada deixaria a experiência ainda mais completa.

The property is located right in the downtown centre of Coimbra, in walking distance from many shops and parking facilities. as well as some nice places to eat and drink. It was very clean and well looked after. The host was great, very communicative; he even gave us some suggestions where to find local eating places that provide genuine Portuguese food. We tried a few and liked most of them.

− One of the beds and the sofa were not of the best quality, which is especially uncomfortable for people with a back problem. The shower doors don't close well, one has to be careful not to spray water onto the bathroom floor.

A light, comfortable apartment in an old house on a street right next to the Santa Cruz square. Well-planned, easy to access and lovely view of the street. The host was kind and helpful.

Location was amazing right in old town and in middle of everything we needed. The apartment was quaint & met all our needs. Bedrooms lovely and we were all well pleased with comfort.

− The bathroom was small but functional. The shower doors were not closing and water leakage every use. Some mould in the sealant was off putting and could be replaced.
