1.0− I arrived at the agreed time to find the owner recording himself as his comedic alter ego 'Uncle Rant ' This involves shouting and swearing. After a brief chat when I went to my room - I told the host i had been working since the early hours- the recording or phone call continued. I heard every word in my room. Unable to get a rest I left that evening and booked alternative accommodation. I cannot recommend this property.

10.0I had such a fantastic stay! Richard and his cat, Pumpkin, were wonderful hosts—Pumpkin is truly adorable and so smart. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and communication with Richard was effortless. He is incredibly thoughtful; there were drinks provided, and charging cables on both sides of the bed, which was a lovely touch. He even provided a postcard to send home, which actually arrived before I did! This is easily one of the best places I have ever stayed. Thank you so much, Richard and Pumpkin!
