7.0Die sehr ruhige Lage. Das verstopfte Waschbecken wurde nach Beanstandung sofort und sehr gut repariert (komplette Erneuerung des Abflusses). Sehr gute Ausstattung, vor allem Spülmaschine top!
− Fehlender Sonnenschutz am Balkon! Das Zimmer heizt sich nachmittags stark auf, auch bei geschlossenen Vorhängen. Hier müssten Außenrollos oder eine Markise angebracht werden. Die steile Treppe ist sehr gefährlich, vor allem wegen der nach innen aufschlagenden Eingangstür. Falls jemand auf der Treppe stürzt und unten liegen bleibt, ist Hilfe sehr problematisch.
