I would suggest that Sullivan Properties be more selective about the properties they manage.renting such a place that is

Location

− It ( unit 204) was totally outdated and very shabby. The water temperature in the shower was impossible to regulate. It would fluctuate between scalding and tepid. The door handle to the lanai was old and maybe rusted inside. It was tricky to lock and unlock, it would have been a bad thing to accidentally get locked outside with no way to get down off the second floor! The bottom of the lanai door has been patched. It was a very sloppy patch job. We didn’t use the stove, but the burners weren’t seated and looked very well used. If you were to put a pot or pan on them they would be slanted. There is rust on the oven door handle. The “surface on “ red light was permanently illuminated, and I repeat, we never used the stove. The cupboard doors are ragged at the bottoms. The ceiling fan blades are pealing and the ceiling area around the fan is dirty. We stayed 4 nights at the cost and about $535 a night. For the same price, or close, we could have stayed at the Whaler (they had a special offer going). Or the Westin for maybe a bit more. There we would have enjoyed modern conveniences like air conditioning and elevators. Door handles that worked without challenge and a well maintained facility. I wouldn’t complain if we were charged a great deal less. But we were really disappointed to discover that we could have had so much more for our money. We will not be back.
