Note: 3 bedrooms and open loft with bed, 3-1/2 baths. King beds were comfortable. Queen beds were not. Property is d

− The listing said 4 bedrooms. The Queen bed in the open loft should not be considered a true bedroom. Misleading, actually. Also the 2 Queen beds sloped to the middle, so those two beds were not comfortable and the couples did not sleep well in them. Also, there was no hand towel in the powder room and no soap in the shared bathroom upstairs. The place needs a good thorough vacuuming/cleaning. These are things I expect in a good Airbnb.

I would recommend this property. It was a great home base for everything we planned to do in Moab and a relaxing place
8.0The house backs up to a golf course so it felt very private and peaceful. All 6 of us had plenty of room. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were great. Very responsive.
− The dishwasher and the hot tub were dirty.
