O apartamento é bonito e tem boas áreas, mas faltam alguns cuidados.

As vistas são muito bonitas. A decoração do apartamento é muito agradável.
− Não gostamos muito da limpeza. A loiça era pouca e quando chegamos estava toda suja, tivemos que lavar tudo. Haviam algumas baratas e fomos picados por insectos no interior da habitação. Fizemos alergias às picadas e tivemos que gastar bastante dinheiro em medicamentos e desinfectantes. Tinha poucas toalhas de banho e os edredões de cama não estavam limpos. Não tem Detergentes para a loiça e roupa, só deixaram uma pastilha para a máquina da loiça. O terraço de trás não estava limpo e não usamos.
