Appartement très grand et très calme, bien décoré. Lits très confortables

L’endroit est calme. Bien situé. Facile de communiquer pour régler un problème.

− Pour une personne âgée beaucoup d’escalier pour se rendre dans la bâtisse en plus des escaliers intérieur. Les lits ne sont pas très confortables.

A very disappointing experience with a horrible manager who is rude, lack of empathy

− the manager showed rudeness, lack of diplomacy and empathy with a poor communication skill. It could have been recommended to inform client about the ongoing public work on the main street facing the building which rendered the access very difficult and risky because of the presence of active heavy machines. Even I have been directing some guests in the building about parking and street for access; something that supposed to be done by the building management. The beds in the house was vibrating with the noise of the machines and exposing to safety issue. More advise dealing with this situation from the manager could help.

Very bad experience with the host.

− The host is the worst person. We waited at the front door for a long time and no one opens the door for us. I called the host, she is very rude and threatened me to cancel my book after a long day traveling. Not helpful, not respectful.

L'appartement était grand et propre. Il y avait beaucoup de serviettes et débarbouillettes pour la douche. Il était bien situé. Le monsieur qui m'a donné les clés à l'auberge était attentionné. Il est venu s'assurer que tout était correct.

− Il n'y avait pas de ciseaux dans la cuisine. Aussi, il y avait de l'eau qui s'accumulait dans le frigo. À notre arrivée, il y avait une roulette pour couper la pizza sale dans l'évier de la cuisine. Les chambres donnent sur une rue passante. J'aurais aimé avoir à ne pas aller récupérer les clés à un autre endroit.
