9.0Well modernised 16th century townhouse in the Les Balcones area of Santa Cruz town that the owner has taken the trouble to retain most of the historical features whilst modernising the property. We liked being in the heart of the town whilst having a sea view over the town beach and port. Large living room and bedroom with a sunny east-facing enclosed balcony looking out to sea. The owner is very friendly and helpful and was keen to ensure that we had a good holiday. The island has good bus services from Santa Cruz giving access around the island.

10.0Alles war perfekt. Eine sehr schöne, stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Die Lage direkt am der Promenade ist einzigartig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

10.0Das Haus ist so unfassbar schön, von innen und von draußen. Das Haus ist sehr alt und wird viel fotografiert. Es liegt an der Strandpromenade, vom Bett aus kann man das Meer sehen (und hören)! Es gibt keine bessere Lage im Stadtzentrum. Es ist sehr hell, mit vielen Innenfenstern. Ein Hinweis, die Fenster sind sehr schwer, es ist besser, wann zwei Leute die zusammen öffnen. Es gibt Tapas-Bars direkt unter der Wohnung im ersten Stock, aber es war sehr wenig Lärm (und es gab Kunden). Yago ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und er hat uns sehr viele tolle Insider Tipps gegeben.
