4.0Spaziosa (3 camere), senza moquette, elettrodomestici nuovi. Vicinato tranquillo. Buoni suggerimenti sulle possibili escursioni e su dove mangiare.
− Poco curata perché gestita a distanza (pensili unti, vetri sporchi, padelle graffiate, biancheria carente). Definita ecosostenibile ma di fatto i mobili diversi dalla cucina sono di compensato molto spartani, gli armadi delle camere matrimoniali hanno le tende al posto delle ante ( poco igienico), il giardino e gli esterni sono poco curati/da sistemare. Mi sono sentita poco accolta anche a causa dei toni perentori dell’host che appena arrivata mi ha raccomandato di non rubare (!), che mi sarebbero stati addebitati costi per eventuali danni e 100 £ se avessi lasciato l’appartamento oltre le 10. Quindi ho dovuto fare immediatamente una ricognizione e segnalare all’host le cose rotte/malfunzionanti per evitare di essere addebitata di costi che non mi competevano. Inoltre c’era un solo asciugamano a persona e non mi è stato fornito il secondo nonostante sia una prassi assolutamente normale. Come motivazione mi è stato risposto che era colpa mia perché avevo fatto tardi la richiesta e che potevo usare l’asciugatrice. Di fatto per 3 giorni ci siamo dovuti arrangiare.

Clean, comfortable and very well equipped home from home
9.0Comfortable, clean and very well equipped house in a good location for visiting family. We enjoyed the Alexa, Smart TV, spacious kitchen and comfortable beds. Very good communication from hosts. We would stay again.

10.0We stayed at the King Weston Abode during our work in Bristol. The accommodation is very modern, perfectly equipped so we did not miss anything during our stay. The communication with the host was also super smooth and he was always very responsive. We would definitely stay again.
