Overpriced but pleasant flat needs wardrobes
6.0Generally clean with adequate parking for two cars. Good neighbourhood with no noisy crowd
− 1)Not adequately deep cleaned 2)No wardrobes and only a weak clothes frame with few hangers, no clothes for coats, none inside bathroom 3) Very few tea cups and spoons, pots and pans have aged and should be replaced 4) Lumpy beds need new springs or replacements, Lumpy living room sofa 5) TV with colour defects 6) Lots of traffic noise with probably cruising cars at night
