The villa was located in the South Seas resort on Captiva adjacent to the marina on the bay side but within walking distance to the beaches on the Gulf side.

− There was some site work being done in the marina but the property was still pleasant.

He was very clean and great location for walking to the beach, shops, and restaurants. It was decorated nicely. The courtesy binder of local info was helpful and considerate.

− The punch code on the front door often would not register and it would need multiple attempts.

We'll furnished. Great location.

− For the amount I paid we went without TV for the 4 days. Importing the TV subscriptions doesn't work for us as we have cable. Construction across the street started at 7:30 or 8 every morning.
