− La sporcizia trovata nel vano scale e nell'appartamento in particolare i vetri indecenti. Lo scarico del lavandino intasato, l'acqua della doccia scarsa e fredda, a breve tratti bollente, per poi tornare subito molto fredda. Mancanza di una presa tedesca schuko per il phon. Appartamento datato con impianti poco funzionali e tenuto male senza manutenzione. La mancanza del condizionatore nelle giornate calde si fa sentire parecchio. Mancanza del parcheggio privato. Condominio esternamente poco presentabile con cornicioni delle terrazze sgretolati.
