10.0We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa. The property was spotless when we arrived and clearly very well maintained. It was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our group, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The location was also convenient and ideal for getting around and exploring the area with all the essentials close by. Communication from the host was excellent throughout, very quick to respond, helpful, and made everything easy from booking to check-out. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, well-located, and well-managed place to stay. We would happily return
We really enjoyed our stay at the house and would be happy to return if visiting the area again.
9.0The property was lovely and spacious and in good condition. The pool was a nice addition and it was pleasant to sit outside and watch kids in the pool or have dinner. It was close to the Disney parks and about 40 minutes to Universal. There was good choice of local restaurants, supermarkets and coffee shops to keep us supplied.
− We visited in October and the communal pool was too cold for our kids to enjoy although there were plenty of other families using it. The private pool at the house was warmer, we didn’t pay for heating, and the kids used it several times.

4.0The property was beautiful. The beds were a little uncomfortable. But the main concern was the roaches. Every time we were in the kitchen they kept coming out. Everytime you kill one, here comes another.
