I like that it was updated and localized

− -The bathroom door kept sticking -The people running this place didn't take the deposit and cleaning fee before hand and got mad when I didn't have it after check out -Also the people didn't take care of the entrance -And said that we ruined the place when there was only a few things wrong (such as my child having an accident in a bed, dog hair and apparently a stain on the couch which I didn't see when I used a lint roller to contain the dog hair)

Very pleasant. I would stay there again. Good landlord.

Very roomy, pleasant appearance, good dishwasher, great shower with lots of hot water. Comfortable beds. Large TV. The landlord always answered the phone and responded to my texts and was very accommodating

− We can’t control the temperature. The air conditioning was too cold on a cold day. The little heaters in the unit tripped a breaker and the power went out. The garbage put out on the curb by the cleaning staff was not picked up.

The house is newly renovated with new flooring and good kitchen counter. Washroom was tiled and new. Furniture was decent. Location is right in the middle of the City. There's a separate TV room and dining room.

− The thermostats inside the house don't work. The temperature of the house is controlled remotely by the owner which is very inconvenient. Me and my family froze the first night, and got hot the second night. Its ridiculous to not give guests the control to the heating/cooling. The curtains in the room were cheap and non light blocking. The sunlight woke us up early in the morning. The toilet window has no curtains, meaning no privacy. Very weird. The shower had no cold water and barely any pressure. We took shower from extremely hot water. The bedrooms had spider nets and dead flies in window sills. They were cleaned when we complained. The garbage situation was horrible. The bins outside were dirty and spilled all the time. There's no effective garbage management at this place. Owner took ages to respond to my messages. Owner asked to give more damage deposit than originally posted on Booking.com which is shady. Owner didn't refund me security deposit for more than a week. Went totally silent after we checked out. I had to complain to Booking.com. Payment method was asked to be Etransfer which reveals your personal email and ID. I strongly recommend no guest give out their personal details.
