Attic Rooms are not suitable for young kids and seniors. We had difficulties climbing up the attic rooms. Not suitable f
3.0It has a kitchen that We can cook our own food. Swimming pool was good but it was supposed to be a private use for us (for what I understand) but some people from another cabin joined us.
− Kitchen utensils provided are too old and rusty. Property is too small. During our stay rain leaked from the roof straight to our bed.

4.0− This villa did not meet our expectations, in terms of customer service, amenities, location and the overall pleasantness that we were hoping to experience. I had booked the Capiz villa for 2 days, expecting a pleasant and relaxing stay. However, our experience was far from satisfactory: Some of the staff were arrogant with lack of courtesy towards guests, which was disappointing. The house rules were exaggerated and overly restricted, making the stay uncomfortable. The villa shown on Booking.com was completely different from what we encountered. We had high expectations based on the description and photos on Booking.com, but this stay left us feeling dissatisfied. The kitchen utensils were very old and very rusty, which was unacceptable The place where this villa was located felt cramped inside, with no room for everyone to enjoy the weather outdoors at night. The road to go inside is a complete nightmare, we could not even park our vehicles properly and if you want to go out at night, your vehicle will get damaged due to the narrowness of the road The beach was dirty and littered with garbage along the coast, it was not suited for swimming at all and was very disappointing. I hope this feedback will help improve the experience for future guests. Im not recommending this villa for big groups, this is more on a retreat house than a vacation place
