− The area was crummy, with alot of unsavory people around. the Plumbing was always down The owners were Rude and condescending They offer a cheaper deal on Air Bnb they will say its a fake review

2.0− advertised as OSU king bed with hot tub, assumed some place by campus, but actually one of worst old motels in town, The Executive Inn, and definitely no hot tub. Room so smoke saturated that had to move after first night. No one at desk when arrived, seemed to have one lady cleaning rooms and managing front desk. Very nice lady, but obviously overworked,, she was still cleaning our room when we got there at 3pm.There are still $45/night motels, but you get what you pay for! Rough! I never write reviews but this was definitely false advertising.
